Years of Exp: 2-4 years’ work experience
• Understanding the client’s requirements & business ecosystem and handholding the client by close co-ordination with Sales & Technical teams.
• Engaging with senior level client management and communicating usage and revenue enhancement strategies by :
• Detailed data analytics.
• Conceptualise, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy/framework for customer usage & retention.
• Segmentation: Identification and sizing of customer segments.
• Targeting: Aligning product offerings, develop and implement strategies to:
• Enhance revenue from various customer segments.
• Activate usage and revenue from dormant base.
• Reduce churn across segments.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Science/Engineering + MBA-Marketing.
• 2-4 years’ work experience, preferably in account management/ customer lifecycle management / usage and retention.
• Experience in making data driven decisions for revenue enhancement.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
