JD:

  • The requirement is for a techno functional role for a prospective candidate who possesses strong visualization, solutioning and believes in creating innovative alternative solutions to any business problem.
  • Must have proven experience as a Business Analyst in client deployments for Financial/Payments industry.
  • Must be able to elaborate, specify and document the business & functional requirements for a software platform.
  • Must play a key role in supporting delivery/Engg team of solutions through the SDLC/PDLC, communication across the internal stakeholders and business partners.
  • Maintain the Requirements documents and update it regularly for all clients.
  • Proven ability to understand, validate and document business requirements as functional and system specification documents and translate them into a technical solution.
  • Be a key player in a project and drive the client engagement role with the client team. Convert the business requirements to functional requirements. Strong ability to visualise the end solution(in system) before developing it.
  • Responsible for functional requirement study and Gap Analysis.
  • Author Product Requirement documents (PRD) and CR(Change request). Adhere to standard specification format like Use Cases, technical/functional specifications, functional test cases, user stories, UX & wireframes. Strong documentation and visualizing skills.

About the Role : Join our experienced team as a writer, responsible for research, authoring, development, and publication of documentation deliverables. You will develop documentation sets, interfacing with product managers, development managers, individual developers, and other members of a global development team.

As an Information Developer, your responsibilities include:

  • Developing high-quality technical documentation for Obopay System products.
  • Working with managers, engineers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to ensure that information in the document is complete and accurate.
  • Conducting self-review and ensure that the document is free from technical, grammatical and language errors.
  • Incorporating/addressing technical review comments.
  • Learn the product functionality through interviews with subject matter experts, personal use and experimentation.
  • Proactively research product changes to determine scope of edits for assigned areas of documentation.
  • Coach and mentor both senior and junior technical writers in the team on tools, domain, writing standards and technical writing processes.
  • Participate in effort estimation based on AGILE story points. Identify project dependencies and technical risks.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and methods.
  • Innovate and implement standards and process improvements.
  • Work in complex, often undefined situations and develop innovative solutions that obtain results in all affected areas.

Education:

JD:

  • A strategic role with very high acumen towards research and market insight and ability to work with minimum help.
  • An individual contributor role with ability to drive, motivate and influence employees to be a part of the Obopay Innovation team which will deliver the product or POC for future or current markets.
  • Focus on emerging technologies and FinTech trends & also understand the market and industry needs.
  • Must understand the Problem statement and identify multiple alternate solutions.
  • Must map the problem statements with viable technological solutions and help drive the POC to achieve the quick solutions.
  • Should able to research around different markets and industries and create creative presentations with solution and statistics.
  • Should be able to write blogs, articles and author whitepapers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 yrs of experience.
  • Candidate must have overall 3 to 5 yrs of experience with preferable 1.5 to 2 yrs in Innovation/ New Product Development/ Marketing/R&D in enterprise-wide Innovation programs or dedicated Innovation team, focusing on specific business domains.
  • Candidate should possess passion for innovation, should be a radical thinker, self-starter, & a go getter. Preferable experience in Gartner/Forrester kind of firms.
